Common questions, straight answers
Who comes out to shoot?
A videographer from your own city who we have trained. They shoot to the same process as everyone else, which is why the videos look consistent no matter which city they were made in.
What if we do not like the video?
You see the edit before anything runs. The ad only starts once you approve it. Until then nothing is public.
Do we have to pay for ad budget on top?
No. The ad budget is included in the price and runs through our ad account. You never get a bill from Meta.
Whose account does this run on?
The post appears on your profile and ours together. For the ad you give us partner access to your page once, it takes two minutes and you can revoke it at any time.
What happens after the seven days?
Nothing. No subscription, no automatic renewal, no notice period. You get the report, the video is yours. When the next thing comes up, you get in touch.
We are not comfortable on camera. Does this still work?
